This platform is fantastic for our business, but the customer support is truly exceptional, especially from Jamie. They have a straightforward way of laying out how their company can influence our processes. I can certainly envision a scenario where Brightpearl fits into our operations down the line, and when that time comes, I know exactly who to reach out to.

Brightpearl has given our business a clear view of stock integrity, as well as product and inventory movement. Setting up new systems can be a bit overwhelming, but the support from Brightpearl has been top-notch and has guided us on how to effectively utilize the system in our operations. The sales data is incredibly precise, and the system accommodates complexity as a warehouse management solution.

We first noticed Brightpearl when our basic ERP system just couldn't keep up anymore. We needed an ERP that could effectively support our WMS, PIM, and the B2B aspects of our operations.

Brightpearl appeared to be the ideal choice, sitting perfectly between the overly simple ERPs and the more complicated enterprise options. Since we launched, we've been really pleased with BP. The setup process took about a month and went off without a hitch (we’ve got some tech-savvy folks on our team). Now, we manage everything except the financials through BP. We decided to stick with a Danish financial tool for that part, thanks to local regulations and integration needs.

As we anticipated, BP has enabled us to operate a more sophisticated WMS, while also providing much improved visibility and reporting on sales and overall product performance.

We parted ways with BrightPearl after five years of being their clients. The disrespect from the sales crew was off the charts. They were arrogant, impolite, and downright unethical. There's a negative atmosphere in that place, and it feels like a 'boiler room' operation.

After realizing our inventory management system DEAR Systems was no longer cutting it, we dove into a comprehensive ERP search and checked out a bunch of demos from various vendors. In the end, we decided on Brightpearl. For a rapidly growing company with a footprint across multiple sales channels, Brightpearl fits the bill perfectly. Its smooth integration with Shopify and robust automation features are really helping us tackle our everyday hurdles.
